Who we are
Hello, we are the Dilley’s! We are a small, family-run farm built on the idea that food can be fresh, honest and grown with care. After years feeling disappointed in the food system and food culture around us- we decided to take the big step in starting this farm. What started as a vision has become a daily commitment to grow and raise food the right way. We focus on seasonal vegetables, pastured raised poultry, farm-fresh eggs, and handcrafted sourdough made with freshly milled grains. Everything we produce is guided by the same principle: quality over quantity, stewardship of the land, and transparency in how your food is grown. When you get something from our farm you know where it came from, how it was raised, the care that when into it, and of course who your farmers are! We believe in: growing food in rhythm with the seasons, raising animals in a way that respects their nature, and serving families who want better food without complication. This farm is more than a business for us- its a way of life we are building for our family, and we want to share it with yours.
